Would not recommend
I booked 2 rooms for my family. When they finally found 2 adjoining rooms, 1 of them had a terrible smell that made it uninhabitable. We were finally settled into 2 nice, adjoining rooms. The owner made every effort to please us, but the hotel was not a first class hotel in spite of the owner’s good intentions. The soft drink machine didn’t work, and many of the other clients were loud and unruly, among other things. I would not recommend it to my friends.

The rooms were run down and dated. The breakfast area was dirty and the food was less than adequate.

it was a room,thats about all
we called when we got into wilmington to see where they were and after several calls with no answer we finally found it.after we checked in we went to lunch and when we got back it was raining and our door card wouldnt work and had to swim to office to get it recoded,very noisy seemed they have alot of people coming their just for rooms to party and drink in,had our window open to let fresh air in and the cleaning crew decided to grab window and slam it shut while we were sleeping,the door was about rotten and didnt feel secure,not a good place to stay
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
go down the street a couple blocks ,there is a nice hotel there where the rooms are clean and you do not need to know another language to understand the staff there
