Just OK; nothing more
Front desk personnel were dressed very "dumpy". Did not look at all professional, and did not create a positive first impression. The young man that checked me in insisted my credit card would be billed, despite the fact that I had pre-paid the room. Unfortunately, I had not taken my original paperwork along; assumed the hotel would have record. When I checked out in the morning, the desk clerk caught the error and refunded my credit card. Her comment was, "He is new and didnt know where to find your prepayment information." I previously worked for a very large hospitality chain, and this was not the quality service that I was trained to provide! Room was OK for the money; nothing fancy but was OK for the brief time we were there.

Very helpful staff
I made my Expedia reservation that evening. When we got in late, everything was ready. Had an early wake-up, and staff offered to set up breakfast early for us. Can’t be happier.
