Great Stay
Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was Great. We stayed during the "off season" so had the hotel nearly to ourselves with very few other guests. Would stay again without a second thought. Within easy walking distance of the port and all downtown shops.

Location, location, location.
This hotel is in an ideal location. It overlooks the port and the view is beautiful both at day and at night. If fit, you can walk into town within 10 minutes. The employees were very helpful and friendly. The food at the Restaurants was very good. Try the local dishes at the Buffet dinner on Friday nights. I have stayed at other hotels on St. Kitts but the location of this hotel is a plus. I will stay here at OTI when I return to this island.

Not impressed
The hotel was ok, walking distance to "down town". Staff was very friendly. Not the best condition of the hotel. Complained twice about the sink in the bathroom but nothing was done so service level was low.

Excellent service & great view!
Very kind & friendly staff. Great view over the bay & city. A quiet place to relax and within walking distance to downtown Basseterre and ferry to Nevis. I certainly recommend this hotel.

Good Average
Overall service quality and condition of this hotel is average. Nice location, close to Porte Zante and Basseterre downtown. Very friendly staff, always helpful where possible. However, during stay we had many power outages where the hotel staff would not turn on the available generator until night hours. Fitness center and secondary pools are not well maintained. Its still a recommended place to stay for location and friendlness if you are ok with a few small flaws here an there.

Take the train tour and don’t miss out on Nevis.

Comfortable quiet place to find a restful vacation.
The continental breakfast on Sunday is a full hot buffet which is excellent. The service from the front desk, food service, and room cleaning is very good.

Friday night steelband at Ocean Terrace Inn is the best I have every heard.

Wonderful Hotel
The hotel is in town; it’s just a quick walk to the central downtown shopping area, the main port and even closer to a grocery store. The hotel has a wonderful view of the downtown area, port and waterfront. The staff is extremely accommodating and goes out of its way to be helpful and courteous. Also, the Waterfall Restaurant has a fantastic chef and the service is lovely.

Hotel is nice, Island it’s on needs help
Hotel was very nice,clean, and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Only complaint is we rarely had hot water and when we had it, there was not much pressure. Restaurants are pricey but the coconut banana pancakes at Waterfalls rest. are to die for!

There really aren’t many local attractions since St. Kitts is just trying to break into tourism. Brimstone fort is a must see, and should eat at the Ballahoo restaurant. The island is very dirty but the people were very friendly. The island needs to be cleaned up before I would ever consider visiting again.

Beautiful setting
This hotel has fantastic views of the ocean, port Zante and Nevis. The grounds are lush and beautifully landscaped. I would gladly stay here again.

What a cute laid-back resort!
The hotel was very quiet since I went during the summer; off-season. I loved their Fantasy Pool; it was like swimming in a private lagoon; nice flora! The Waterfall Restaurant had an excellent breakfast. I had a room over-looking the bay with 2 small balconies.

Very Impressed with entire staff and RESORT
My wife and I were both very skeptical about staying at OTI because we had never been there before and had only read reviews and viewed pictures. We were both extremely satisfied with our entire 10 day visit at OTI from the resort itself to the entire staff. We would absolutely like to come back for a return visit.

All the excursions we went on were excellent. We especially enjoyed the catamaran excursion to Nevis.
