The hotel need renovation
I think the hotel is in convenient location, however, the hotel is really in need for a complete renovation.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
It was annoying to know that only the swimming pool is free of charge for guests and the rests i.e. the gym,steam,sauna etc..with charges.

Five Stars
I thoroughly enjoyed my two days at the Shanghai Hilton. I don’t understand reviews I have read that said the hotel is neglected. I found everything outstanding: my room, the restaurants, the fitness center, check-in, everything. I would love to stay here again. The concierge service is impeccable.

Contrary to the Hilton website, this hotel is not in the French Concession. To go there you must take a ten-minute taxi ride.

Good service
I really enjoyed my stay in Hilton, everything was really good, the only thing not that good was that the room need to be renovated.
