NOT IMPRESSED!
I am having a SERIOUS problem with their billing. On two separate occasions (the only two times I stayed at the hotel) they double billed me for the room that I already paid for through Expedia. I am still arguing to get these charges removed. The OVERCHARGES total over $550!!!!! This has been a big waste of my time. In addition, on both stays I had the same problem with the AC/Heating system that required the hotel engineer to come to the room to correct. The hotel is new and the problem is a lingering construction issue as admitted by the hotel engineer. You would think they would correct this problem in all the rooms not just the ones that guests complain about. Serious computer and billing issues combined with an inexperienced staff has taken this hotel off my list for good!
