Loved the hotel ,location and the people working at the hotel!!!
Warm people,staff very friendly couldnt do enough for us.Wanted to stay in an American hotel for my first trip to London we were warned by friends that the Europen Holtels were very different than what we our used to in the USA.I was with my 22yr old daughter and we had a blast!!! The location is very young lots of Pubs and very easy to catch a bus to all the sights....I love Hilton Hotels!!We went to Paris for 1 night on the eurostar train left most of our stuff in our hotel room and did not worry at all about things getting stolen our room was clean and organized when we returned late the next night, and we even had chocolate and water waiting for us when we got back!!the only thing i wish we had was ice machines on each floor but calling up for ice was fine and they did not charge us.The hotel we stayed in in Paris was a nightmare...not saying name but it was not an American hotel..and people were right about the Parisian people not being service orientated we are very spoiled by are hotels in the USA thank god for the Hilton Hotels are everywhere in the world!!

Would stay again when in London
The overall stay was nice. I do have to mention though, our last night before our trans atlantic flight home, we were up most of the night with other loud guests with children. They ran up and down the hall, slamming doors, etc..from 1130 until around 1:30am. After 2 calls to the manager on duty, it was finally resolved. The hotel never followed up with me, that was disappointing. But overall, nice stay.
Keep in minde if you are traveling to London and arriving early am, your room may not be available. We had to wait for 90 minutes or so. They reminded me that check in is not until 3pm. The hard rock cafe is just a few blocks away, great burgers and this is the original Hard rock cafe. It is an actual cafe. Have fun and enjoy!

Hotel was great - Magnon at the front desk has a primary goal of making you comfortable! He succeeded beyond our expectations. Restaurant was overpriced and had bland food.
