Stayed there twice
This hotel is located near many restaurants, go kart tracks and other entertainment for families. The hotel staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean and had work-out facilities available in addition to a swimming pool and hot-tub. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and wish I could have stayed longer
Give yourself time at this hotel. There are a lot of things to do in the area and you will need at least a couple of days to enjoy them.

Just ok
A couple of items that I was not pleased about were the fact that my room did not have a hair dryer and then I had to wait almost 20 minutes to have one brought to me which almost made me late for a meeting. Also the service for breakfast was HORRIBLE! I had to hunt down the server after we sat at a table for 15 minutes waiting. She served all the tables around us but wouldn’t even make eye contact with us. Then when we were ready to order I had to hunt her down again. Only two people’s food was brought out at a time and the other two people had to wait almost 5 minutes for their food. We ended up being in a hurry because of the slow service and the waitress could have cared less. She took forever to run the credit card and get it back to us - we had already checked out and were standing in the lobby ready to leave before she brought the credit card slip back to be signed. The sad part is that the restaurant area wasn’t even that busy - there were only 3 other tables when we sat down and maybe 7 tables by the time we left.
Traveler's tip
Check the room for a hair dryer right away when you check in or you could get stalled in the morning waiting. Plan ample time for breakfast as the service is really slow.
