Inadequate
We found the desk clerk to be extremely friendly, but we found the condition of the room to be totally inadequate. We saw cobwebs and bugs. The grout in the bathroom was black and the bottom of the tub was gray. The whole room had an unusual odor. Everything needed to be updated. We didn’t even bring our luggage into the room - just returned to the office to check out.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Tarpon Springs is a delightful destination. We enjoyed browsing through the many antique stores. We dined at the Greek restaurants on the sponge docks and found everything to be delicious. Honeymoon Island is a short drive from Tarpon Springs and offers a beautiful beach with sand like "powdered sugar". We think Tarpon Springs is Florida’s best kept "secret".

Poor
Dead bugs on carpet, towel rack almost falling off, outside door handle not attached. Took one day to get door handle put back on and towel rack and dead bugs never taken care of even after asking.

will not go back
Upon checking in to room, it was not vacuumed. We returned to the room ( about 3:30 pm)after playing golf and only one bed was made. Desk couldn’t get list of golf courses from computer, phone line was too slow( no high speed internet). Tried to get something faxed but their fax machine out of paper, even though I called them to expect the fax.
