Welcome to Villa Arabella The Oltrepò' Pavese in the province of Pavia is located to the south of the River Po' in the region of Lombardy, northern Italy. It is right on the border with three regions; to the South with Emilia Romagna (capital Bologna), to the South West with Liguria (capital Genoa) and to the West and Northwest with Piedmont (capital Turin). Faith Glasgow, a British journalist, called it “Little Tuscany” in an article she wrote for the Financial Times. Her description conveys an immediate sense and feeling of the area with its beautiful hilly landscape carpeted with vineyards. It is a wonderful alternative to the typical hotel stay.
