Residence Il Castagno lies in the hills some 800 yards from the mediaeval village of Campiglia Marittima. A converted Tuscan farmhouse, the building is divided into 8 apartments - 4 on the ground floor, 3 on the first and 1 on the second. The building has been carefully and skilfully restored, every care being taken to retain the characteristics of traditional buildings, but with and eye to modern comfort. Each apartament has full air conditioning and central heating. Each has an indipendent entrace, a private garden with barbecue and dining table, tv and a wall-safe. There is privat parking for all our guests. The residence is set in an ample garden with a swimming-pool and idromassage, all this surrounded by a centuries old chestnut gruve.
