Room
Our room did not have one of those now mainstream hotel below the window cooling/heating units, instead it had a unit built into the interior of the room over the bathroom. I thought this was originally going to be an advantage because it was quieter than the below the window units, but it did not cool nearly as efficiently.

Best place to stay in Santa Clara
Biltmore Hotel exceeded our expectations. We were welcomed by friendly staff. Our last minute room requests were accomodated with a smile. The breakfast buffet tasted wonderful and had a wide selection. The rooms are clean and spacious. Wide welcoming lobby with beautiful and elegant decors!

Know your events before waring your guests!!!!
This hotel was nice, but the customer service needs to get there schedules straight. My husband and I chose this hotel knowing there was a bar attached. When we checked in we were told the bar was rented out and if we wanted to go in we would have to crash the party. So we decided we would swim instead. The pool closes at 9pm on a Saturday. Come on by the time we got back from our seminar it was 10 pm. When we complained we were told the bar is still open just the back room is rented out. This situation was very upsetting for my husband and I considering we have 4 kids and get a weekend together maybe 1 a year. Also it seemed like the rooms were inside the hotel. They were attached on the outside just like normal motels which was located by the air port so a little noisy!
Traveler's tip
Be safe before you lay down look at the mattress flip down the crease you never know what could be crawling around. Be safe not sorry!!!!
