Great place, but hard to find!
The hotel was great! Very comfortable and employees were nice. However, DO NOT type in the address into your GPS- get directions from the hotel or you will be LOST!

Poor desk service
The front desk clerk on check in spoke very hard to understand broken English/Spanish. I called for a shuttle and had to have her repeat several times. Had to call the front desk fron the lobby to check out the folling morning, clerk would not answer bell. Overall motel was real good. No other problems. Room was very clean and well stocked. They provided free shuttle service to just about everywhere in the area. Only problem was front desk. Very convient to airport.

Third room wasnt a charmer
Keys to the first room didnt work. After two trips to the lobby a staff member verified the door/lock was broken and I was issued keys to a new room. The hall by my "non-smoking" room smelled of urine and smoke. The curtains of the new first floor room did not close AT ALL so everyone outside could see into our room. After 4 calls to the front desk and an hour wait for someone to fix it(no one ever came) I walked to the lobby again,waited in line, and was eventually issued keys to a third room. The curtain hardware was torn off in this room and the tub faucet leaked. In the middle of the night the air stopped working and smelled as if the unit was burning. Nothing was done to help or accomodate me for the inconviences. I spent most of the evening hauling my baby and luggage about the hotel trying to find a safe, functional room to sleep in. No refund, no discount--nothing, not even a hand moving to my new room, was offered to me by the staff. Just "sorry".
