I won’t return at all
The hotel was really deteriorated. The "non smoking rooms smelled as smoke. the outdoor banners were without all letters. The gardens had bushes. My room had one door to outside of the hotel and I couldn’t sleep because someone at night tried to open it. The breakfast was really poor. The carpet in the room was dirty, it needs a deep clean. The pictures in the Website do not show the reality.

Will be back
For the money you cant beat it. The hotel was somewhat remodeled (not a very good one). The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. All in all the building is getting old but it was a good experience and i would return next time im in Dallas.

Hardly impressed
This hotel seemed very run down. Although it was clean, the room was outdated and lacked anything to be pleased with. The door never opened on the first try, causing me much frustration after an exhausting day in Dallas. The continental breakfast was a waste; cereal, bagels & danish. Nothing hot. I will gladly spend a little bit more next time for a better quality hotel.
