We will be regular customers
Our son is attending American University, and this hotel is ideal--15 minutes from his apartment. We have used this hotel twice, and will continue to do so if the rates remain so reasonable! The location is wonderful; we are typically there on weekends and since it is in the midst of a business park area, it is so quiet, with lots of trees surrounding. The staff is courteous, rooms are quite comfortable and clean, and there is a nice pool and whirlpool. There is a coffee bar in the foyer, internet access, and a restaurant for breakfast, which we haven’t tried yet, but hear rave reviews about it! There are lots of choices of restaurants on this street if one travels a few blocks to the west. Overall, we have been extremely pleased with our stays, and intend on making this our regular stop when visiting our son over the next four years!

Good price for a D.C. area hotel
The hotel was very good and the staff helpful and pleasant. The only draw back was that the whirlpool was being repaired, however the swimming pool was heated so it was still relaxing.
