BAD
The hotel was under construction. Inside and out was dirty,cluttered and in disarray. The phone didnt work in the room. The key system was screwed up and I was left waiting over an hour to get into my room on the second day. When I first looked for a room on your site I searched for a hotel with a good name, a pool and hot tub. And their pool and hot tub was closed due to remodeling so I didnt get what I expected. There was no toliet paper , I was told to use tissues. At 7:00 AM there was hammering and loud construction going on outside my window. I took pictures of cranes lowering AC units within 3-4 feet of my window. The clerks were rude and angry due to all the complaints they were getting. The restarant also was under construction and food was prepared somewhere else and kept warm in buffet warmers. This was an extreme unpleasant stay. I should have been warned, but there was no mention of construction or remodeling. I did not get what I paid for.

Bad hotel experience
This hotel is in the midst of major reconstruction on the lower floors. As a result, a temporary lobby with no services is being used. The downstairs areas and parking lot were dirty. The only hotel food was served from heated trays in a suite on an upper floor. This hotel should not be taking any guests in its current state of operation.

Good experience
Great room and hotel. Lots of places to eat closeby. Inexpensive for the quality.
