Not Impressed
To say I was not impressed with this hotel, may be a bit misleading. The hotel itself was very nice... the lobby was welcoming, the pool area looked inviting and the room was clean. However, the beds were terrible. They were supposed to be "firmness adjustable", but the controls did not do a thing. The pillows were ridiculour. No head support what-so-ever. You may as well have not been using one (or two or three). The restaurant... well if you like small portions of pre-packaged food at high prices, youll love this place. As for the management... maybe they need somebody more "mature" behind the desk. While we were eating our "dinner" in the hotelrestaurant, the front desk manager and the restaurant manager were happilt comparing dating notes and commenting on the football game on TV. At one point, in full hearing range of everyone, the front desk manager made his dissatisfaction with one of the teams well known. Very unprofessional. The positives of the hotel were its location and price. Although I would have paid a little more had I known what I was getting into.
