not impressed
This hotel was not up to Hilton’s normal standards. Housekeeping was terrible. I left my room two mornings in a row by 9 a.m. and my room was not cleaned by the time I returned at 4:30 both days. I was also told that the local grocery stores were within walking distance, 30 minutes walk was more accurate. What the concierge neglected to tell me was that the local bus stop was outside the hotel room door and was a five minute trip costing $1.70. I figured that out on my way back. On the positive side the service and food in the sports bar was excellent and the shuttle service was prompt and friendly.

Slightly disappointed
Hotel shuttle service staff was friendly and courteous. The first room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, but with no view (window was high up, it gave the room a basement feel). We asked the hotel to switch us to another room with better view, and the hotel did. We appreciated the accomodation, but the second room had a leaking facet in the bathtub, and black marks that looked like dirty fingerprints on the bathroom door. We asked the maintanence crew to clean up, and they did. But the leaking facet was not fixed. The staff asked if it would bother us, I said no. But it would have been nice if the hotel had gotten it fixed right away. Afterall, it is supposed to have a 3 and a half rating, so I was surprised by the condition.
