Staff are very friendly , very polite and very respectful. They really represents the Filipino trait
Breakfast is not meant for European at all, there was not much choice for other culture. They have forgotten the importance of breakfast for European visitors.

Lancaster Hotel great location
Overall this was a nice place to stay. It’s in a great location close to the Starmall and SM Megamall, as well as, the Shaw MRT stop. The only drawback is that most taxi drivers are not familiar with the hotel so make sure and state that it is on Shaw Blvd near the SM Megamall.

Worth The Money
Staff were very very helpful, and knowledgable. Room was well cleaned, but no mini bar as stated. 4-Star hotel was worth the price and location. Megamall around the corner and close to any necessities required. This hotel allows food delivery from other establisments, which is a comfort. Better located hotel that I have stayed in and I stayed in quite a few when I visit the PI. Was at the on set of the (H1N1) Swine Flu epedemic and the staff took precautions to make us feel at ease. Higly recommend this hotel.
