Impressed with facilities upkeep
We (my wife and I) were impressed with the facilities of the hotel. We found all that one might expect in a new (recently built) facility. Management was cordial and cooperative in every way. We enjoyed a comfortable ovenight stay. Will probably go back to the Days Inn Roosevelt Blvd, when next we visit in Philadelphia. Thanks!

Good for staying in.
I frequent this hotel every couple of months. It is clean, comfortable, and decent. The staff is a little obnoxious but overall the experience is always good when I go there. People say the neighborhood is terrible but if you are used to a more "urban environment" and you arent scared of diversity then you will be fine, it definitely is not a hostile environment. It is definitely not a 5 star accomodation but is fine depending on what you need. Awesome proximity to Center City Philly, good public transportation directly in front/across from the hotel and just a 10 minute bus ride to the El.

Not worth the money you will save.
This hotel was in terrible condition located in a terrible part of town. All the rooms smell like smoke and there was no ironing board. I was afraid my car would get stolen or damaged. Hallways were very loud. Sheets felt dirty. Bathroom quality was sub par. Not worth the money you will save. Spend another $20 and get something better.
