Not impressed
I was expecting more for the price, some bad stains on covers and carpets even if the rest was clean. My room needed work. Very nice staff, very good location near Paris Montparnasse and Metro stations (Pernety).

Not impressed
The lobby was nice. The rooms were tiny, air conditioning did not really work, wireless did not work and the bathroom had bugs. Some of the staff were very friendly, some were not friendly.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Right next to metro for easy transportation. Great bakery across the street and fruit next door.

Hotel was ok, but neighborhood was great.
The hotel lobby is the best part about this place. The room was tiny and did not have air conditioning, however it did have a door that we opened for air. The draw back is that our room was on the main street and it was incredibly noisy. We did like the area that the hotel was in. There was a fabulous restaurant about two blocks away if you turn right when you step out of the hotel. Its called Pizza Nellie. Dont let the name fool you, we had a very nice dinner of steak, wine, gnocchi and the best vanilla ice cream ever. They also gave us an apertif of amaretto. It was to die for! We cant find the brand anywhere but well always remember the treat in Paris.
Traveler's tip on dining
Eat at Pizza Nellie, get pastries at Le Quartier Du Pain and buy chocolates at De Chocolat Neuville all to the right when you leave the hotel.
