Good, considering the price
It’s a good hotel. We have a few problems with the room keys and the air conditioner, but the hotel personal were nice and helpful all the time. They take care of every need and make guest feel comfortable. The facilities are a mess, but they are "remodeling"; if that’s true, I definitely would give this hotel a second chance. It’s cheap, service is great (breakfast not so much), has a good location and if they really remodel, it will be an excelent hotel.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
It’s a great hotel if you want to save money. It’s close to the airport, downtown Houston, malls, many restaurants, movie theaters. The hotel is only to sleep, and is so cheap and well located you can spend your money visiting interesting places. Rent your car with Alamo, they have the best prices, economic cars (no exagerated fuel expenses) and great service. Hotel shuttle take you for free to rent your car if you don’t do it at the airport.

Not appealing
The staff at this hotel are good given the condition on the hotel. The pictures on Expedia were not at all what the hotel looked like. It has a been smoked in for years smell and the lighting is low. They are upgrading the facility so maybe it will be better in future.

Bugs in the bed. Durty toaster. Carpet need cleaning.
