Just Alright
We went there knowing that the lazy river was under renovation, which was a bummer, but we looked forward to using the many other pools. I guess I just expected bigger and better as far as the pools go. The hot tub that my husband went to use at night did not work. It was heated, but the jets didn’t work. My husband complained that it looked like they had never vacuumed between the bed and the wall before. He said it was disgusting. Luckily he didn’t tell me that while we were there. That would explain why my son was so congested the next morning. We only stayed one night. I was pretty bummed out that the fun pool closed at 6 p.m. We moved over to the other pool that was open later, however the bar that was right off of that pool was closed. I did not see it open all day, and we were there on Saturday. We thought we could sit right at the bar and watch the kids swim, but the bar was never open. This hotel has the potential to be great if the lazy river was open, the hot tub worked, it was kept cleaner, if the fun pool was open later- past 6 on a Saturday night & especially if the bar was open on a Saturday night.

This is an OK place to stay at, not great, not terrible either.
The staff was friendly enough, the hotel itself was clean, and it is close to good dining spots. The hotel’s decor is outdated, the King suite is really small, and for the price I think one could look a little harder and find a better place. We stayed at Indigo in San Diego the night before, and the difference was night and day, this place was a dissapointment from an aesthetic point of view.

Great Service, Great Room
The hotel is very clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and were accommodating. The pool is great and kept very well maintained. Definitely a place we will visit again!
