Spotless rooms and excellent staff
Truly a "Comfort" Inn. Our room was squeaky clean, the continental breakfast was excellent, and the entire staff was very accommodating. The location was convenient: a three-minute commute into downtown Levis and the ferry into Quebec City, and a fifteen-minute drive across the St. Lawrence Seaway into Quebec City. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good place to stay if you have a car to go to the downtown area
The description of the hotel shows 6KM to the old Quebec (which is correct on the map), but since there is a river in between, car travellers should take the bridge to pass the river which makes it a 30KM trip. Other than that, it is a nice place to stay overnight. Breakfast is included.

Improved from 2006
Last year I stayed at this hotel because my dog travelled with me and because I had a dog the hotel put me in a smoking room even though I am a non smoker. My satisfaction was very low (a one or two rating) however, this year they put me in a non-smoking room even though I had my dog with me again. The experience was very much improved! It seemed like a completely different hotel.
