Exceeded my expectations

My husband and I were greeted like guests of honor when we arrived at this hotel. The service was amazing! We were there for 9 days and we enjoyed every moment. Every staff member seemed to take personal responsibility for making sure that all of our needs were met. The resort is clean and well maintained. I enjoyed aromatherapy in my room each evening. I won’t spoil it for you, but there were lots of little delightful surprises. There is a variety of hi quality equipment in the gym and I had an excellent spa experience. The food was much better than I expected from an all inclusive. Most of the guests dressed in resort wear for dinner (guys in khakis and collared shirts, ladies in cute summer dresses). This is a beautiful place to spend vacation! We will definitely go back again!

Our trip was in October and the weather forecast was for rain 5 days in a row. However, it only rained once for about 15 minutes and then the sun came out and dried everything up. This is a great time of year to avoid crowds. We took our chances with the forcast of rain and it paid off.

Just Perfect

Went to Le Blanc for our Honeymoon. Couldn’t ask for a more private more romantic place to be. The service is beyond good. The food was 5 star quality. Room service was all inclusive. The bartenders are wonderful. If you need a vacation to just get away and relax, this is the place to be.

Absolutely Incredible

We have stayed in resorts and hotels around the world and this is, by far, the BEST service we have ever experienced!!!! Our room was fabulous, food was excellent, spa was to die for and the service was amazing.

Mexicos BEST All Inclusive Resort

I have been to many all inclusive resorts in Mexico and this is hands down the best experience I have had. The beds are comfortable - I thought this was impossible for mexico where the beds are typically hard as a rock. The hotel rooms are gorgeous - on par with any 5 star hotel in the States. The food was great, which again can be really not so good in most all inclusive resorts. They had many options for dining and the design of the restaurants and the entire resort is beautiful. The spa is hands down the most amazing experience I have had. I am an interior designer and it blew me away. You have to experience it. There were 6 of us and we all had exceptional massages. The staff are all very nice and accommodating. Ofelia at the spa is wonderful and Antonio at the bar is great!! There are great excursions too - most of them included in the package! The Jungle tour was fun. You get to drive your own 2 person boat and go snorkeling. This is a great vacation destination with a group of friends or on your own. If you want to get married or renew your vows they do a great job with that too!! We watched a couple on the beach renewing their vows. I will definitley be back as soon as possible.

WOW! Go for it!!

I won’t tell you all details because I want you as happy and surprised as I was. All I can say is you’ll realize how nice this hotel is from THE MOMENT you get there! This was by far the nicest and the cleanest and most perfect hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The only question I had was who to tip and when (being in a foreign country AND at an all-inclusive). I would offer this: tip your butler at least 100 pesos when he does something for you, like draw your bath (yes, you’ll have a butler here), tip your bartender 50 pesos each time you order a round of drinks, tip the waiter (even though you’re eating buffet) 50-100 pesos, tip your tour guide, and tip anyone who goes out of their way (one attendant kept angling our umbrella as the sun moved). Most people weren’t leaving tips ("It’s an all-inclusive!!") but the staff is working hard (and you’ll get better care than anyone else because you tip). 50 pesos (less than 5 bucks) here and there isn’t going to break the bank and you’re at THE BEST HOTEL there!!!!!!!!!! !!!! BTW: Tulum, Jungle Tour and two other tours (not Chichen-itza) are included in the price - call to confirm this. I didn’t know and paid for these in advance. BEFORE you get there, break your American dollars into smaller amounts-the ATM machine at hotel only gives pesos, the hotel doesn’t break your American money down and it costs to break your $$ outside the hotel.

Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay

BEST DAY Travel: TOTALLY worth it! GET IT! Find them OUTSIDE of the airport (don’t even stop inside...keep walking) Buses are CHEAP but FAAAAST -- get on fast and sit down fast! You can actually walk everywhere. BUY SUNSCREEN (Biodegradable only) and a hat!!! Don’t ruin your trip with an awful burn!

We will never be able to stay anywhere else, we’re hooked!

From the day we got there, as honeymooners, we were greeted by nothing but smiling happy faces and appreciative staff. A cold glass of fresh coconut milk and a cold damp towel to refresh. The entrance was beautiful, crisp and clean. True to it’s spa status. The overall smell of the resort of fresh cucumber and mint. It was very relaxing. Our room was beautiful and had a view to die for. The butler and turn down service was very kind and never missed one detail. (Thank you Isreal)The bartender Gerado was so friendly and helpful with anything we needed. As was Fransisco the butler. Even the grounds help greeted you. The food was exceptional along with the wonderful service. There was never anything we longed for or needed. This is a place we would recommend to anyone. It’s not a party hotel it’s a relaxing place to enjoy yourself as honeymooners or as a quiet vacation with no worries. We WILL be returning there in the future. Thanks Le Blanc!!

GO TO SELVATICA! It’s not marketed alot, but it was about 45 mins from Cancun and worth every second. It’s a jungle tour that you can do the Zip line, take the Segways into the jungle and experience riding those and do swin in a Cenote(sink hole)It’s beautiful and adventurous! The staff was so funny and kind and very well trained. If you don’t go you’re missing out on a great time. Not to mention, their lunch is to DIE FOR!

Absolutely mazing

Hands down the best hotel i’ve ever been to and the most convienient and relaxing vacation i have ever taken. This resort doesn’t only look just as good in person as it does online...it looks better! Can’t wait to go back, already checking out prices for my next visit.

This is the Best Hotel I’ve ever been...........

I’ve been to 15 countries and around 200 cities, La Blanc is definitely one of the Best Hotel I’ve ever been..... People always have a smile on their face, they are polite, considerate and helpful They always think a step of us, provide all we need without even ask... Me and my boyfriend are seriously consider to go back for our honeymoon...

Le Blanc Resort offers the best of everything, and that’s exactly what you will get. This resort is very clean, and the staff really takes care of you. They made sure we had the beach wedding of our dreams. Just perfect!! We are very excited to go back!!!!!!!!

The absolute Best in CanCun, 2nd time at this hotel, LOVE IT!!

I went to Le Blanc 6/17-6/21 2009 and I have ZERO complaints this hotel is above and beyond and by far the best resort I have ever been to in Cancun. Its adults only and the spa atmosphere is awesome, the hotel smells wonderful the rooms even smell fresh just like the spa, this will be the only hotel I ever go to in Cancun.. I took 2 of my friends and they were blown away they couldnt beleive how great this place was...The food is great you dont even have to leave this hotel if all you want to do is relax and be pampered then this is the place..

Our new favorite Cancun Five Star+

We really enjoyed Le Blanc and were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and overall environment. Le Blanc leaves our previous Cancun five-star favorites in the distant past. Our room was fantastic and the service was top-shelf. We do not typically enjoy all-inclusive resorts as the food is quite often below par; however, the restaurants were terrific. The food quality, presentation, variety and atmosphere of each restaurant surpassed our expectations. The beach was small but clean, and the pool lounge areas were scattered enough that we found the privacy we were searching for. Our only dissatisfaction was with a few large work groups that happened to stay at the hotel while we were there......and ended up swarming in large groups around the pool bar in fraternity-like fashion, and somewhat disrupting the otherwise peaceful and relaxing environment. Le Blanc is truly worth every peso. We will be back!!

Lovely but a lot of incentive groups

The hotel is serene and comfortable but we had the impression that it gets quickly overwhelmed when groups arrive, so lot of things are "out of stock" such as the lavendar pillows from the pillow menu and the surcharge wines mostly unavailable. Despite the "all inclusive: there was a pervasive air of expectations of tips. We had booked a twin bedded room as I was there with my son but the first evening we were upgraded to jr suite but with queen bed. It had a partial view of the ocean but also the main road and the abandoned hotel property next door marring the view. We changed the next day to a "normal" room but with the same view of the abandoned property but more of an ocean vista. It seems that the rooms 03-14 are the best rooms, with split level and full ocean view but we did not have one of those. The rooms were comfortable but there was inconsistency in the housekeeping, for example the first night we had shower gel, soaps etc but no body cream, after we moved, we had the body cream but they never replenished the shower gel, soaps etc and we had to ask. Food was acceptable, at decent cruise ship standard, service generally good. There were a lot of groups and they dominated the main pool so as an individual you had a hard time finding a lounge chair in the main area, the upper infinity pool is beautiful but with no umbrellas far too searing hot to spend any time. Spa is world class.

The resort offers 4 free excursions, certainly recommend taking at least two, the Tulum and the jungle trek, and also a free spa treatment is included. Use the spa, it is truly world class. Request room number 03-14 for the nicest view and best layout.

Wonderful resort

Overall, this resort was outstanding. We were there for 4 nights and did not feel any need to leave the resort. The view and pool are unmatched. The food was very good, although the dinners tended to be somewhat heavy. Overall, though, we were very pleased with the choices and quality of the food. Drinks were excellent as well. Service was more than friendly, and you could tell the hotel staff worked very hard. We did have some difficulty with speed of service, particularly at the pools, but this seemed to be due to the fact that there were not quite enough staff working at the pools. Rooms were wonderful, and we can’t wait to go back!

The Best of the Best

Evrything at Le Blanc was exeptional! The staff made every effort to ensure our stay was the most relaxing and enjoyable possible. The butler service was a bonus and they bent over backwards requesting what else they could do to please us. Le Blanc is the only resort we will stay at when we visit Cancun!

Cancun’s elite hotel

Le Blanc is definitely a 5 star hotel with impeccable service and a staff that caters to your needs with unparallel satisfaction. The food was tremendous and the selection of cuisine was broad. The beach was immaculately clean and although relatively small the space was adequate in relationship to the capacity of the hotel. Service was offered on the beach with a waiter that made visits at regular intervals. Each floor has its own butler that was promptly equipped to meet your every need. The hotel offered several tours with the cost of the exclusive package. Must go on the Jungle Tour, it was an awesome tour that includes navigating a small boat across the ocean and ultimately ending at the coral reefs for snorkeling. We will return to this hotel when visiting Mexico in the future.

Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay

Be careful when meandering from the hotel to the city. Many locals are ready to take advantage of your lack of knowledge of the dollar to pesos ratio. The city bus is the way to travel and gives you a perspective of the social culture. Be prepared for price negotiation on every level. The locals will attempt to over inflate the cost but if you offer them a reasonable reduction they are likely to accept it.

Can’t wait to go back!!

I definitley recommend this hotel. This was our first time staying at Le Blanc and were sooo pleased with the hotel and the service it had to offer! The moment you arrive they treat you like royalty. Everyone is soo nice and friendly and the hotel itself is beautiful. It just makes you want to stay there again and again! Really there is not one complaint about this place, the food, service and ammenties are great. They really do exceed all of your expectations, and we are looking forward to going back next year!

Would love to go back today!

The accomodations, staff and food were all fantastic! Very pampering and relaxing. The staff treat you as if you are the only one there. Everyone seems to truly enjoy their jobs. The food options were terrific. Lots of variety. The hotel is also within walking distance (5-10 minutes) from shopping and entertainment. Definitely a place to return to!!

A step above

The hotel is incredible and includes additional added perks that other all inclusive hotels just dont have. Combine that with great service and a butler for your room that will research any needs that you have and help setup any activities that are not already included in your hotel stay.

Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks

Dont use the flyers to purchase additional tours, instead walk down to the vendors on the street that will have the same tours at more then 50% less.

Surpassed our expectations

Having read so much information on this hotel prior to our trip we were concerned we might be disappointed. Concerned that the hotel could not live up to our expectations. 10 minutes in the hotel changed all of that. We found Le Blanc to be the perfect location for our 25th anniversary. There was one glaring difference between this and any other hotel we have ever stayed at and this was the service. Every staff member at this hotel was gracious and accomodating. Each "gracias" from us was met by a "It’s my pleasure" from them. They are attentive but not overly so. My personal second favorite thing about the Le Blanc was the spa. It was beautiful and the ambiance was overwhelmingly tranquil. The best spa experience I’ve ever had which is why I visited it 3 times in a short 4 day trip. This is one hotel I have no problem recommending to anyone looking for good food, superior service, and a quiet relaxing, romantic environment.

Very impressive!

The hotel staff waited on us hand and foot. This hotel is awesome. Just wish the plane had got us there in time to understand everything that was available to us. We almost double booked items that was included in hotel package.

I do not recommend Best Day Travel Service. They are overbooked with to many customers and the hotel can accomodate all your needs very efficiently and fast!
