Very disappointed.
Assigned room was missing its AC unit. Replacement room had enough dust in the AC unit that it triggered the smoke alarm. Second replacement room was adequate until final evening when the water heater failed. This was my 6th stay here this year, but Im not anxious to return despite the comparatively modest price.

Not very well kept - but cheap!
When we checked in we were put in to a room where the air conditioning didnt work - Phoenix Arizona Valley in August! Then we had to re-pack and move to another room and the beds were twin queens rather than King as we had originally asked for. The carpets were soiled, the sink and tub were dirty and there was no vent in the bathroom. The towels were very rough to the skin. The property was nice looking but needed a lot of maintenance. Nice pool.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Making reservations on line gave us a low price. But, we got low quality for our efforts...just what we paid for I suppose.
