Palm Trees
The avenue in Redding, California where the Holiday Inn is located, is called Hilltop Drive. There was nothing there when I grew up in Redding, and now it is a beautiful 4 lane boulevard, and in the center there are fabulous looking palm trees whose branches go straight up into the air. The hotel is lovely, and I enjoyed several good meals in their dining room. My room was just great, with easy access to the parking area and my car. I highly recommend this hotel.

Plenty of rooms
We are a family of five and the room was plenty big enough for all of us. It was great to have the kitchenette area with the sink, fridge, and microwave and counter space.
