Loved the hotel ameneties and location. Would love to go again.
Hotel has an excellent location near Banff downtown. Room with Kitchen and on site restaurant, swimming pool, hot tub and tennis courts is just perfect.

Good value
Stayed in a 2-BR suite,(small condo) very clean and comfortable, fully stocked kitchen a plus, the pool was broken(??) however. Nice grounds, friendly staff, definitely recommend for a family on a budget!

Aardvark Pizza in town was cheap and delicious for take-out to your hotel.

clean and comfy
Overall I am satisfied with the hotel. I had one of the newly renovated suite and room was clean and had got everything. The resort also had a lot of extra facilities that were convenient and served as extra bonuses. One downside was the living room was a bit smaller than I expected. But a minor issue.
