If you dont see the sign, youll miss this one. I drove by several times. The neighborhood to the south and east is looks scary at night, although I saw no problems at the hotel itself.

Right for the price
Not fancy but clean and adequate. The location makes it a good buy.

Good price, modest experience
Second time staying here. Remodeled since last stay. However still a 3 star experience. Location is great (right next to the major central city mall and right off one of main highways and 10 minutes from Oklahoma City University). Rooms are nice and quiet. But bed was as hard as a rock (worst mattress ever). No alarm clock in the room (maybe taken by previous tenant?). Desk chair had broken armrest. Could have better shampoo/toiletry offerings. Modest breakfast (egg patties, sausage, pancakes, juice, cereal). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Wireless access very fast and easy to access. Full suite accomodations with pull out bed in front room. Our room had a "breakfast nook" as part of the master bedroom. Must have enclosed a balcony at one time. Very quaint and pleasant. The price was very good. Will likely make this our hotel of choice when visiting OKC.
Traveler's tip
Travel directions the first time can be confusing. Off the 44 on the Northwest Expressway (exit 125B), southside. It is on Blackwelder Ave. at a stoplight, across from MacDonalds. When coming from downtown, take Classen Blvd north and then dogleg left onto the Northwest Expressway. Wish someone had told me this beforehand.
