My One Time Trip
Under Construction!!!!!!!!!!!!! The hotel room provided a view of the side of a building. We were told that the only other room available was a suite at more than triple the current rate. It is very close to Niagra Park. The restaurant bar/restaurant left a lot to be desired. It was very dark and dingy. It was frequented by a few local patrons only. The pool was in great shape, however, one of the visiting parties was using it and the hot tub a a public bath. They actually washed their bodies with towels in the water. There was a part-time Concierge. No hours posted. Very hard to find him at work. The beauty of the area and people did more than make up for the deficiencies of the hotel.

Not impressed
you can hear the noises in your next rooms, receptionists are not friendly & accommodating, beds are not comfortable to sleep, our back hurts all the time when we get up in the morning & the pillows, fell like you don’t have any, lost one big towel, reported to them and they said they will give me a call but they never did.

Air Conditioning!
Everything at the hotel was just fine except for the air conditioning. The one day we were there was extremely hot and humid. It took the air conditioner a few hours to cool the room and it had to be kept running at the maximum level to keep it cool. Otherwise, everything was great and I would definitely stay there again.

They welcome pets! We had our 2 dogs with us and we saw a couple of other furry travelers at the hotel during our stay.
