Centrally located with pleasant staff.
A small hotel with pleasant public rooms and staff. My room was small, comfortable with a single bed and a large bathroom. Next time Id look for a larger room within same property. Assume if a couple booked then rooms would be much larger.

Close to train station
I stayed here because it is literally across the street from the Hamburg Central Station and I had an early morning meeting in Bremen the next day. As with any central rail station in western Europe, the location is in the seedier side of town. This is obviously a vintage hotel and not in 4-star condition. It is sufficient for a night or two. Decent bar in the lobby to get some good German beer.
