Convenient, clean, quiet
Fairborn is a small town, smaller than I would have imagined a suburb of Dayton to be. By the same token, it’s very quiet. Eating choices in Fairborn are limited so gourmets will need to head back to Dayton. The hotel is very reasonably priced, quiet, and clean, qualities I look for in a hotel. About 12 miles away from Dayton via I-70 so keep that in mind.

Clean enough
Clean enough and great value considering the price. Early 80’s decor but that didn’t bother me. I think the hotel is in as good shape as possible short of a total remodel. This is a big place and must have been "top of the line" in it’s day. The staff was friendly and helpful.
