O.K. for the price, but maid service could be better
It was pleasant and convenient as we went there for the balloon festival. The maid service was not the best as we had to ask for enough towels, soap and toilet paper, but the front desk delivered whatever we needed in a very prompt and couteous manner.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
If you plan to see the Balloon Festival it is great as not too far from the grounds and you can actually watch the balloons from the property. Some of ballooners were staying there and it was fun talking to them.

Loved it
It was wonderful. They had my room ready for me, it was easy to check in and out. They had plenty of information available about local sites to visit, along with maps. The staff was very courtious. I will be returning to them for my next visit.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
There is a plaza there and a beautiful Catholic church. It took me two days to see everythiing - that didn’t include the time to actually shop!

This hotel is comfortable and in a good location. I would stay here again if the need arises.
