An Excellent Experience
Sincerely enjoyed the hotel. We appreciated the helpful and friendly staff and the quality of the food and the service. We ordered room service and were very satisfied with the results. I absentmindedlh left my camera and a pair of binocilars on a table in the lobby, and a staff person was able to recognize me from a picture in the camera and return the cameral to me. I was very impressed with staff. The room was also quiet and comfortable. I am very satisfied.

Wonderful Experience!
I took my nephew to Canada for his first "out of the country" trip and we had a wonderful time. The Compass Point Inn has very friendly staff that is ready and willing to help you with any need you have. The location is convenient to the Skytrain station and getting into Vancouver is easy! I would encourage any one I know to stay here and I will again! Thank you so much for helping to make this a trip my Nephew will never forget...
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Traffic was difficult getting from Surrey into Vancouver...the skytrain and buses were great, inexpensive ways to get around!

Pigsty
Normally I do not write these reviews however this hotel needed a review that is accurate. It is located in a tough area. Drug deals and prostitutes are very near the property. The rooms were dirty and well used. The elevator was less than reliable. This hotel should not be rated 3 star. It should be a 1 star.
