Location is the only plus
No Bellman to help with luggage; Front desk receptionist took a personal call about her lunch while checking us in; Consierge was not familiar with restaurants in area; Housekeeping forgot to give us bath towels and we didn’t realizee it until after we got out of the shower...once informed of dilema, they took 15 minutes to get towels to us; Hotel does not provide essentials such as mouthwash and conditioner.

Newport Harbor
Perfect location. On the water and in the heart of everything Newport has to offer. Ample parking on site...a premium. Nice walk/short drive to Bellevue Ave and the Mansions. Slurge on the 1st floor harbour view rooms which have sliders onto a lawn with Adirondack chairs and the dock beyond. Great place to have morning cofee while watching the harbour activity.

Nice hotel, very good location.
It is somehow overpriced but all hotels are in Newport. You can have approximately the same accommodations for $80 less in a bigger city.
