One Night Stand
Stayed here after celebrating my cousin 25th birthday at a nearby club in the business district. It was ok, easy check (had to call landlord and wait for him to get outta bed and issue me my key since I was checking in early in the morning) and a quick stay. Check out is 10am, a bit early, but i had school to get to at 930am anyways (only stayed long enough to sleep for a few hrs). NOT ENOUGH PARKING SPACES!!!!! My cousin’s car was towed after she had no choice but to park in the parking lot of a motel across the street. It was either that or parking 3 streets down (this motel is NOT in the friendliest/safest of places, though rather close to the beach).

Hotel location is great, friendly management, noisy guests
Best deal on the Hollywood Broadwalk!!! 30 seconds to the sand, beach side shops, Intra-coastal, or A1A. Reminds me of pictures from the 1950s and 60’s in terms of layout and interiors. Owners are upgrading (new appliances in the room, except for cook top) but still has a dated style. Noisy neighbors in room down two doors were a pain. If your goal is to be at the beach and not to sit in your room, this works.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Don’t stay in the room. The object is to enjoy the closeness to the beach. Try the Armenian Russian Kiosk around the corner. Beach is real shallow. Broadwalk is great even off season.

Excellent place, wonderful area. Excellent value for the price.
I stayed there with my husband. Place is very nice and quiet, family style. Our room was clean and tidy. Excellent value for the price - the place is just seconds walking from the beach. Manager is very friendly and helpful. I loved the music at that place - it was wonderful. Many baseball courts are right there on the beach as well as lots of dining places. The area is full of people and very "resort-style". I will definitely go there with my family again in September.

This place is definitely worth every single cent of it’s price. Can’t wait to go back :)
