Very family friendly, 5 minutes from downtown!
Pleasantly surprised. Don’t be fooled by the color of the building(green). Rooms are clean. safe area. restaurant on site. Bar open by the pool except it closes by like 5pm. though they do have good pizza for $10 and then just take it to the room or eat by the pool. Family movie every night on a huge screen by the pool. the little fridge in the room was very convenient. lots of parking. the beds were the only downfall. looked fluffy but make my back hurt.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
the aerial tram is a MUST. take a camera and comfortable shoes to take advantage of free guided hikes up in the mountain. and maybe even a sweater as its at least 30-40 degrees cooler at the top!

I picked this hotel because the price was reasonable and the reviews were exceptable. When I got to the hotel, It was clean and neat and the mountain view was beautiful. The Idea of watching movies by pool side was an excellent Idea.

Great hotel to stay for the price you pay
The hotel was very clean, nice and very well located. Front staff were very helpful at all times, and also their restaurant staff were very nice. Excellent service. a++++++ all the way
Traveler's tip on shopping
If you are visiting Palm Springs, YOU have to go to Cabazon outlets if you want to do some shopping and buy some brand clothes for cheaper.
