Enjoyed my stay
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff here was friendly and helpful. They were willing to go the extra mile to assist their guests.

Not happy..didn’t get room type we reserved
We booked a non smoking king room and when we arrived at the hotel, they put us in a smoking room. When I complained, they offered to ionize the room, but we would have to leave for 2-3 hours while they performed this. They also offered to spray the room, but I felt this would make it worse. Not happy with having to stay in this room.

I booked a non smoking room and got a non smoking room that reeked of smoke! Disgusting.
