Clean, good location, helpful staff
My wife and I stayed a night on a trip to Tarpon Springs. The room was quiet and very comfortable. Facilities are well maintained and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I was very satisfied that I got what I paid for during my stay.

clean & pleasant but very basic amenities
neighborhood business, food nearby and avialable in hotel -breakfast was tasty and very reasonable. rooms were clean though small - staff very pleasant - pool was not open early evening ?? not sure why but courtyard and pool looked nice. very quiet. more suited to business or non-vacation stays i believe. i did stay midweek maybe different on weekends.

Rooms were not in the best shape and service was nothing special. Been to a lot better
