Get more elevators
I stayed at the Doubletree during the Hospital conference and it was a nightmare if you had to take the elevator. They were not equipped to handle the guest capacity they had. The morning I checked out. I waited for an elevator for 20 minutes then eventually got on a packed elevator and rode it all the up then back down to get to the lobby. Also they were having issues with their room card machine. Twice during my short stay my room card did not work. I would recommend staying somewhere else if going to Little Rock

Beautiful Hotel
This was my 1st experience staying at a Doubletree Hotel. I was very impressed! The hotel was beautiful, beds were extremely comfortable, and our room was very clean. The service we received was the best! Thank you for a great experience and making me feel at home!

It was OK for a business trip
My room was fine, although it would have been nice to have a comfortable chair to sit on rather than the office chair. I had two problems with the hotel. First, the vending machine on my floor was out of water for the entire 5 days of my stay (as well as a number of the sodas). Second, when I received my bill, I was charged for parking even though I didn’t have a car. They did correct the bill without a hassle, but it makes you wonder how they track the parking garage.
