Pleasant surprise
I had never heard of Aloft when I made the reservation. It received high marks so I decided to try it. What a great find - I will always stay at this hotel when traveling out of BWI. The staff were professional, the room - while minimalistic - was comfortable and clean. Two warnings: 1) There is no bathtub 2) If you enter the address into GPS, it does not take you to the hotel. The hotel is actually not on Nursery Road.
Don’t look for this hotel on Nursery Road. You turn off of Nursery Road onto Elm Rd. The Aloft is at the end of Elm Road.

Excellent
Beutiful hotel, just started in September 2009. The service was excellent and the rooms were neat and clean. The only minus is the rooms are not as big as they might look in the pictures but i really liked the contemporary look of the hotel. Would definately stay here again.
