Great place to meet up with a loved one
I went to this hotel to meet up with my boyfriend that i havent seen in 2 months. i wasnt familiar with the town but had no problem finding the hotel. The easiest part of my whole trip was the checking in and out of here. The staff were so nice and were willing to help anyway they could. I would totaly stay here again and also recommend it to others.

Thumbs up, with a few recommendations/reservations...
Our room had 2 double beds, as no kings were available. My issue with the beds was that the room was not large enough to accomodate 2 beds with walking space on boths sides of either bed -one bed was against a wall and the other was against the window. It was awkard for me to get in/out the bed without disturbing my husband. Although the maintenance department said everything was OK, we felt the room had a humidity problem with the cold air return, as it was located directly outside the bathroom wall. The only way we could make the room not feel damp was to keep the bathroom door shut, leaving the heat lamp on. The ice machine was not working on our floor so we were required to use the machine on the floor below, which was a smoking floor. The ventilation system on the smoking floor leaves much to be desired.

Would Do It Again!
We spent a full week at Embassy Palm Beach Gardens. The hotel was relaxing and clean; the staff extremely friendly and helpful. As we were new to the area, the staff was onboard to suggest where to eat, attractions to visit and the local shopping available. Let us not forget the wonderful complimentary, cooked to order breakfasts; and the late afternoon Managers Reception which included complimentary hor dhouvres and open bar, and the free internet service available in the lobby area. All of the above, seven days a week; a really nice touch to our stay. We do miss the swans in the lobby pond! The only downside was two days of rain; no fault of theirs. Try them. Youll like them!

Second Stay at this Hotel
I have stayed here before and chose it again for its convenient location and the suite rooms. I like the fact that there is a kitchen sink, refrigerator and microwave. The morning breakfast buffet is mediocre but free and plentiful. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Great hotel & staff
The staff were excellent...they won me over when my little grand son, whod recently been in an accident and was in a wheel chair, was not feeling very well...they went out to get ginger ale and bananas for him!..(all he could keep down)and didnt charge me. they were delighted to help and I appreciate their attitude...the hotel is very nice and comfortable.

There is a Whole Foods store very close and a similar type, Publix Greenwise..both convenient and have ready made food if youre looking for healthy fare.

OK for 2nd Choice
requested room was not available, not as clean I would have expected, difficult to drive in and out of hotels grounds due to traffic patterns.

Would stay there again
Overall pretty nice. Most enormous lobby in history, with two pet swans in a pond. A cute touch and all the kids seemed to love them. ALL employees were super nice & helpful all the time, very impressed. Pool was nice & clean. Only down sides: very loud A/C in the room that I found irritating (maybe you wont notice), and the t.v. remote in the living room didnt work all the time & the t.v. for it was old & snowy. The bedrooms t.v. was just fine. Last thing, if you are vegan &/or dont eat white flour you may have to go elsewhere for breakfast. Only white bagels, the oatmeal was made with milk, no soy milk for cereal. But the coffee was good :)To be fair, I didnt specifically request special food. They probably would have accomodated me.
Traveler's tip on nightlife
Square Grouper out on the beach in Jupiter, FL is a nice little Tiki-style bar thats good for a nice drink in plastic cups while listening to a band under a thatch roof. Wear flip flops!

Elegant and Roomy
Fantastic service, huge rooms, nice pol w hot tub, great breakfast, my only recommendtion if for them to ensure people are not smoking in the rooms on the non smoking floor.

Fair fix the A/C
The room was fine however the A/C leaked and flooded the room during the night, Hotel management said they could not make an adjustment because we booked online.

Disappointed
My husband and I have stayed at this hotel many times and were very pleased, not so this time. TV reception was terrible and there was not hot water in the shower.Resturant is closed and has been for a long time. We would think twice before staying again.

An above average option
This is a good hotel for what most corporate business travelers are accustomed to. The breakfast buffet is nice, complete with omlette station. The happy hour was a fair deal for the 2 hours. The bed itself was incredibly comfortable. It was so good that I think I might go shopping for a Serta Perfect Sleeper that is similar to the bed at the hotel. I was able to sleep late without noise to awaken me. The hotel itself is a fine choice if you have business or leisure in the area.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
This hotel is great if you have business in the area, but requires about 10 minutes of driving to get to frequent popular spots in West Palm Beach if thats where youre ultimately headed.

Billing Issues
The overal stay was below average. The value was low considering the dated interior (looks about 1980), lack of a remote control for one of the TVs, and not terribly comfortable bed. Billing ultimately proved the biggest issue. Apparently the individuals at the front desk are unaware of expedias service and felt the urge to bill me for the room after I had already paid through expedia. It took several calls to the accounting department to get it straightened out and several days for the credit to be reapplied to my account. This first issue Ive ever had when purchasing through expedia and hopefully the last.
