Just wasn’t up to my standard
Might be OK for some. But for a 15 night stay, it just got a little much to come back to the dreariness of this place. Everything worked, but if you need excellent internet access, I never had that. Note: Maid service only offered once a week. Maybe this is standard with this hotel, but its not mentioned in any of the hotel description or advertising.

Practical choice in Glendale
If you don’t want to get completely dressed to go out before you have that first cup of morning coffee, these places are perfect. Homestead in Glendale gave us great service at the desk (the young lady working the late shift was especially gracious). The beds were comfortable, it was clean, there’s a stovetop, coffeemaker, dishes, pots and pans--everything you need to make a nice in-room breakfast. Large and clean, a bit bare-boned (no "fancy" cosmetics, no coffee filters), but if you make a quick stop at a store it’s really a nice alternative to eating at Denny’s!
Near Griffith Park and Travel Town. Near Burbank airport, which is nicer in amny ways than LAX.
