Won’t be going back
Too many little things were wrong for me to go back. A light didn’t work; there were only small towels and no big ones; breakfast could not be delivered; the taxi took half an hour to arrive whereas I could have got one driving past in 2 minutes; the taxi was 3 times the price it should have been; room service took 45 minutes at 1am (what else were they busy doing?!) Overall it wasn’t terrible, but as I’d booked the best room in a 5 star hotel for a special weekend, I expected something special. Not only did I not get that, there were all the little quibbles above.

i am not sure how did they classify the hotel! i stayed one night, but i was expecting more from Hilton. the breakfast restaurant was so below expectations. the general environment was below expectations.
