Not impressed
There was no refrigerator or microwave, the carpets looked like they belonged in a motel 6. When we asked about a refrigerator and or microwave - we were told they were out. ( Even in your lower cost hotels, they come with frig and microwave.) The next morning the cleaning lady was there at 9:30 am and could not speak or understand a word of english. ( We were still in bed at this time) When we returned to our room that night, they had not cleaned or replaced any of the towels,or made the beds, we had to go to the front dest and get clean towels. The sleep number bed was extremely hard and we couldn’t get it to work, until Monday night I was plugging in my laptop and noticed the cords from the bed to the outlet were not plugged in. ( These should remain plugged in at all times - or some kind of note placed on the bed or in the room, that the beds are not plugged in.) The hotel lobby and pool area were very nice, but the room was very dissappointing in what we expected from the Raddison.

Great Experience
The hotel is tucked away in what I thought was an odd location, but it was close to all the places I needed. The room was nice, the food-nothing special. However, the service was spectacular! The desk clerks were warm and welcoming. This experience made my trip away from home a very pleasant experience.
