Excellent Hotel! Great Service!
We enjoyed our stay and had a great tasty dinner. Fairly convenient to the Airport. We were told that President Obama stayed there on his recent trip to Mexico. The room was excellent and we had a great View of the surrounding area.

Low Value for Price
Though must people believe that expensive equals quality, this hotel proves it wrong. All amenities are charged "extra", with high prices on meals, room service, parking, internet use, etc. At $20 USD per person per breakfast buffet, the meal was nothing special. Ive stayed in 4 & 5 star hotels... It sure has the appearance of a 5 star, but if I was going to spend my money, I would look elsewhere.
Traveler's tip for business travelers
The local streets are getting remodeled... consider adding up 10 - 15 minutes for detours & deviations, or ask the concierge for ETAs on specific locations.

The Only place to stay
The staff was wonderful, for Guadalajara the bed was comfortable, could use some better pillows, and the pool needs some serious renovation. But all in all when I travel to Guadalajara it is the only place I will stay.
