I would definitely go back if I am ever in the area again.

The hotel was very clean and neat. I had a minor maintenance issue and notified the front desk and within 5 minutes I had someone there to check out the issue.

Perfect location for Six Flags!

My boyfriend and I stayed here to go to Six Flags the next day. We also had very good dining recommendations by the front desk. Also, we could purchase tickets for the park for a cheaper price at the hotel! The place was clean (for the most part) and pretty standard. The only problem was a small patch of mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Also no wireless internet. Only one computer in the hotel lobby. That worked fine though.

We’ll Be Back!

This was a great hotel for our family! We took the free shuttle to Six Flags and the Ferry Terminal. We found it was reliable, and it saved a lot on parking fees. Darnell, the shuttle driver, was a real gem! He was friendly and helpful with directions. He went out of his way to make us happy. Our room(2 Q’s) was very large, but we were disappointed that no roll-away was available. I’d packed a memory foam mattress so we used that on the floor. The mattress on the bed was firm without the foam, but I slept great after all the walking! The pool area was nice (plenty of towels, shade, a variety of chair types). Breakfast was crowded. We waited in line to make waffles, but not for a table. Waffles/toast were the only hot food. 1 day there were only carbs, but the next 2 days had boiled eggs. Our room didn’t have a microwave or fridge. Someone told me that some rooms do, so ask. The property was clean. Parking was close to the entrances and felt safe. It was easy to find. When I asked for directions, I was provided with printed ones. (There are no restaurants within walking distance.) Most employees were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again on a return trip. It was also a good deal.

Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay

Take the Ferry into San Francisco! It’s the most convenient way to tour. The hour-long ride was beautiful! The ferries have outdoor seating and even have tables inside. We had a sunset view of the Golden Gate Bridge, a close up of Alcatraz, and really nice skyline photo ops. Once there, ide the double decker buses. Buy tickets from the first bus you see, don’t buy them from a booth or you may have to walk a LONG way to catch the bus. The hop-on-hop-off is a great way to get around town.
