Need to know what you are getting
Upsides: 1)The location was excellent (metro one block away). 2)The room was brand new and very clean. 3) Very friendly staff. Downsides: 1) Because it is an apartment (not a hotel room), you need to call Brown’s office management in advance to insure that someone is there to deliver the key when you show up; 2) Also because it is an apartment, there is no place where you can leave your luggage at check out; and 3) they are still building the apartments, which didn’t cause noise, but made the outer hallway messy.
