Perfect experience
The hotel location was perfect. Accesible to metro station and walking distance to major atractions. The pool area is great!!

Good Hotel
The hotel was quite nice but not 5 stars as rated. Had some difficulty getting to get help from the concierge....always busy, and only one person.

Berlin’s finest hotel
Hotel is located on the intersection of Friedrichstrasse and Unter den Linden which is one of the busiest in town. The staff was very helpful and the room was stylish and air conditioned! Bathroom had @ a 3-foot wide glass partician for the tub, new experience. Bus stop is conveniently located across the street to the airport.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Breakfast is 29 Euros so I ate at Einsteins 1 block away on Unter den Linden Strasse for @ 8-10 Euros. I had a wonderful time at Berlin; museums, hop-on hop-off buses, river cruise, history of Berlin Wall, and Alexanderplatz.
