Hotel was just fine. Nothing great. Nothing bad.
Went to concert at Merriweather and needed a hotel. The hotel was affordable and simply fine. No frills but also not anything special. Being an extended location, the additional kitchenette/living room was nice and would have been useful if splitting reservation between more than a few people with a fold out bed in the extra room.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Need a place to stay after Merriweather concert? A good beer bar and brewery with good pizza across the the street. $15 cab to venue. Avoided parking hassle. Took waiting cab right after concert before others got to their cars.

Had very noise family right above me; tried to call front desk in the middle of the night to act on it - nobody picked up the phone. Dirty towels and bathrooms.
