Great location
We chose this hotel based on location. We live in the burbs but didn’t want to worry about driving home on our anniversary. The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable & the breakfast was yummy!

Very Accommodating
Rooms were great, location is great, bellmen were fantastic. When we had to leave early due to an illness in the family they gave us a free nights stay! We stay here everytime we go to Chicago.

A lot of very nice extras
We were pleasantly surprised to find that, not was there a full complementary breakfast every day, but a very pleasant buffet supper four nights a week! Just the ticket after a busy day of sightseeing.
Get a Chicago Transport Authority map and a bus/underground/El pass for the duration of your stay, but be aware that many underground and El stations have neither elevators nor escalators.
